Apparently, this place will let an unlimited amount of people book appointments at the exact same time. We waited over two hours for an 8 AM appointment and were told it would be another two hours plus. Do not go to the store unless you’ve got all day to spend to get jacked around. Absolute incompetence!!

They took care of my tire having a blowout with barely 2000 miles on it. Also I have been using this shop for a longtime and they always do what they can to get you all fixed up. I bring all my vehicles to them to get my tires and alignments done. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone getting a alignment to purchase the lifetime alignment. If you are like me and do any front suspension work you get done and can bring it in to have a alignment done now questions asked. If there's one recommendation I could make that would be to try and figure something out with the parking lot. It's nearly impossible to get out of the parking lot on the south exit. The vehicles block your view of any cars coming from the north. This has only been the thing with this parking lot. I think the cars should be parked in the back or put something that stops the vehicles from being parked all the way to the curve of the road.

I had all four of my tires replaced at Firestone Complete Auto Care, and the experience was excellent. The representative who helped me was incredibly friendly, professional, and informative throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. The service was completed efficiently, and my new tires are performing great. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service and would definitely recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care to anyone needing tire service. It’s Memorial Day and I had to drive 2 1/2 hours home just to find that there was a nail in my tire. I called Firestone and Melissa was friendly, customer service oriented, and reassured me that my tire would be fixed. They got me in the same day and were quick. They are professional, affordable, and reliable! I am so beyond grateful! I wish they were in my area of New Mexico and I would choose them every time for car services.

They are making mistakes (changing the incorrect tire) and blaming clients for it, failing to properly communicate with each other, and they park the commercial vehicles in the front of the store. Anyone exiting this location has a blocked view of thru traffic - because the customer vehicles are sticking out into the road (negligence claim for obstruction)—NOTICE. These are clear management issues. These employees blame customers and get defensive instead of verifying and identifying the issues. No customer service training. Zero accountability. The technicians cannot bother to wipe their hands before entering your car and leave oil stains in the interior of the car. They do not care about customers and it shows. Additionally they have the audacity to say warranty is denied on a tire that only has 20k miles on it- why buy the warranty? How do you change the wrong tire that is out of warranty and blame the customer. Even when you are supposed to reset the warnings and you see the same sensor going off.
